Bow and Arrow Price in Pakistan: Full Price List and Buying Guide
If you only want the short answer: A bow and arrow set in Pakistan costs between Rs 25,000 and Rs 55,000 for most buyers. A kid’s starter bow sits at the bottom. A solid adult recurve or an adjustable compound bow sits near the top. Pro-level imported bows can go past Rs 120,000.
That is a big gap, and it is why people get stuck. Two bows can look the same in a photo, and one costs five times more. So in this guide, we will show you real prices from Pakistani shops, explain what you pay for, and help you pick a bow that fits your budget.
Bow and Arrow Price in Pakistan at a Glance
Here is the quick view before we go deeper.

Recurve Bow Price in Pakistan
A recurve bow is the classic shape, with limbs that curve away from you at the tips. It is also the type used in the Olympics. For most first-time buyers, this is the one we would look at first, because it is simple, light, and easy to learn.
Youth and Starter Recurve Bows (Rs 5,000 – Rs 15,000)
These are made for kids and teens who just want to try the sport before spending real money.
- Junxing M115 Youth Recurve: about Rs 6,500
- Junxing F021 Youth Recurve: about Rs 8,500
They have a low draw weight, which means the string is easy to pull. That is good for learning, but an adult will outgrow them fast.
Adult Recurve Bows (Rs 16,000 – Rs 30,000)
This is the sweet spot for most adults.
- Black Recurve (target shooting): about Rs 16,000
- Junxing F117 and F119 Recurve: about Rs 19,000
- Mongol PB-009 Recurve (fiberglass and mulberry wood): about Rs 20,500
- Junxing F119 takedown: about Rs 23,000
- Junxing F155: Rs 28,000 at one shop and Rs 35,500 (66-inch version) at another
Notice that the same model can cost different amounts from shop to shop. Always compare two or three sellers.
Higher-End Recurve Bows (Rs 30,000 – Rs 55,000)
If you plan to shoot every week or join a club, bows like the Tangzong Recurve (about Rs 40,500) and a recurve built for target shooting (about Rs 45,000) give you better build quality and a smoother shot.
Takedown or one-piece? A takedown bow comes apart into three pieces. It is easier to carry and lets you change limbs later when you get stronger. A one-piece bow is cheaper but fixed. If you can stretch your budget a little, go takedown.
Compound Bow Price in Pakistan
A compound bow uses wheels (cams) and cables. The wheels make the bow feel lighter once you reach full draw, so you can hold it steady longer. That is why hunters like it.
Budget Compound Bows (Rs 7,500 – Rs 19,000)
- Short-range beginner compound: about Rs 7,500
- Junxing M021 Youth Compound: about Rs 8,500
- Junxing M031 Youth Compound: about Rs 16,000
- Junxing F118 Youth Compound (camo): about Rs 19,000
These are fine for backyard practice and for kids. They are not made for serious hunting.
Mid-Range Compound Bows (Rs 20,000 – Rs 65,000)
- Junxing hunting compound: about Rs 20,500
- Junxing M183 Hunting Compound: about Rs 28,000
- Double wire compound for target accuracy: about Rs 50,500
- Adjustable 15–45 lb compound bow kit with 5 arrows: about Rs 55,000 (sale price; the regular price was Rs 65,000)
The adjustable kit is worth a look if a whole family will share one bow. You can set the draw weight low for a teenager and raise it later for an adult.
Premium Compound Bows (Rs 100,000 and Above)
A long-range compound bow was listed near Rs 102,500. Imported brand-name bows go much higher. One tactical package was listed at over Rs 390,000. Unless you shoot in tournaments or hunt a lot, you do not need this.
You can see our current range on our compound bows page. For recurve bows and sets, check recurve bows page.
Arrow Price in Pakistan
Your bow is only half the cost. You will lose, bend, and break arrows, so buy more than you think you need.
- Accmos 32 inch carbon arrow: Rs 800 – Rs 1,200
Carbon is lighter and flies straighter. The right arrow also depends on your draw weight and arm length, and that is a topic of its own. We wrote a full guide on it here: Best Archery Arrows for Beginners in Pakistan (2026). Read that before you buy arrows.
Local Shop vs Imported: Why the Price Is So Different
You might see a compound bow for Rs 6,554 on one site and another for Rs 394,310 on the same site. Part of that is the bow itself. Part of it is where it comes from.
Imported bows that are shipped from abroad can take 15 to 20 days to arrive, and the price usually carries shipping and import costs on top. A local shop already has the bow in stock, so you can see it, ask questions and often get help if something breaks.
For a first bow, local stock is usually the safer and cheaper choice. You are also less likely to wait weeks for the wrong size.
What Decides the Price of a Bow?
Knowing these five things will help you spot a fair deal.
- Draw weight. A heavier bow needs stronger materials, so it costs more. Adjustable bows cost more too, because one bow does the job of many.
- Material. Fibreglass and plastic parts are cheap. Wood, aluminium alloy and carbon cost more.
- Bow type. A one-piece bow costs less than a takedown. A compound costs more than a recurve at the same quality.
- Brand. Known brands charge for their name and for parts that last.
- What is in the box. Some kits include arrows, a quiver, or an arm guard. Others sell the bare bow. Always check the list.
How Much Should You Spend?
Here is how we would think about it, based on who the bow is for.
For a Child (Age 8–14)
Spend Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,500 on a youth recurve. Do not buy a “toy” set labelled as archery. Real youth bows teach good habits and are safer when used with adult supervision.

For a Beginner Adult
Plan for Rs 16,000 to Rs 28,000. That gets you a proper adult recurve that you will not outgrow in a month. Add a few arrows and basic protection, and you are set.
For a Hunter
Look at hunting compounds in the Rs 20,500 to Rs 28,000 range, or an adult recurve built for hunting. Check your province’s wildlife rules before you hunt anything. The law is different in different places, so ask the local wildlife department.
For a Club or Tournament Shooter
Budget Rs 40,000 and up. At this level, you care about smooth limbs, a good riser and the ability to upgrade parts. Talk to your coach before you buy.
Gear to Budget for Besides the Bow
Most beginners forget this part, and then the “cheap” bow turns out to cost more. Plan for:
- Arrows (at least a half dozen)
- An arm guard, so the string does not slap your forearm
- Finger tab or glove for recurve shooters
- A quiver
- A target or a safe backstop
- A spare bowstring
- A wrist release aid if you shoot compound (one listed model is Rs 6,000)
Ask the seller for a bundle price. Shops will often give a better total when you buy the bow and the gear together.
Common Mistakes When Buying a Bow
- Buying the heaviest bow you can pull once. Pick a draw weight you can pull ten times in a row with good form. Most coaches start adults on something light and move up later.
- Forgetting left or right hand. Check which hand the bow is made for. A right-hand bow does not work well for a left-handed shooter.
- Chasing the lowest price. A very cheap bow can have weak limbs. Weak limbs can break.
- Skipping the spare string. Strings wear out. Keep one extra.
- Buying from a seller with no reviews or contact details. Pick a shop that answers your questions before you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the price of a bow and arrow in Pakistan?
A basic youth bow starts around Rs 7,500. A good adult recurve costs about Rs 26,000 to Rs 28,000. Compound bows range from about Rs 7,500 to over Rs 100,000, depending on quality. Arrows cost Rs 800 to Rs 1,500 each, so check if the listing is per arrow or per pack.
Which bow is best for beginners in Pakistan?
For most beginners, a wooden recurve bow is the best start. It is light, simple, and easy to learn. If a few people will share the bow, an adjustable compound bow (15–45 lbs) is a handy choice.
Is a compound bow more expensive than a recurve bow?
Usually, yes. A compound bow has wheels and cables, so it costs more to make. But there are cheap youth compounds from Rs 7,500, and there are expensive recurves above Rs 60,000. The price depends on quality and size, not just the type.
How much does a full archery set cost?
For an adult recurve, the bow alone is Rs 16,000 to Rs 28,000. Add arrows, an arm guard, a quiver and a target, and a full beginner set will likely land around Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000. That is our estimate, since small items vary by shop. Kids’ sets cost less.
Is archery legal in Pakistan?
Archery as a sport is practiced across Pakistan as sunnah and sports, and there is a national federation for it. Hunting with a bow follows wildlife rules that change by province, so check with the local wildlife department before you hunt.
Can I buy a bow online in Pakistan?
Yes. Many shops sell archery gear online and deliver across the country, contact at The Sportans. Before you pay, confirm the model, the draw weight, the hand (left or right) and what comes in the box.
